Rule 15
Action against child who goes missing without taking leave
(1) Children should not be absent from any institution without approval of leave.
(2) If a child is absent from the establishment for more than thirty consecutive days without informing about the leave, such child may be suspended from the service of the establishment. But if removed in that way, the chance of hearing will not be deprived.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rules (1) and (2), it shall not be considered as a violation of this rule if the leave is approved for such a period after there is a reason for immediate leave without being able to inform about the leave.
